The Bishops of the US and Canada recently announced plans for a conference in which more than 1,000 delegates are expected to get together to discuss priestly and religious vocations. The North American Congress, April 18-21, 2002, intends to build a positive environment for promoting vocations, and unifying and guiding the Church in North America.
The Bishops should be told, before they get together, that they should also discuss the crisis in the Church today. If enough parishioners come forward and encourage their Bishop to openly support the Pope in his efforts to consecrate Russia as Our Lady requested, the Church will regain her place of prominence in our society through their obedience.
It is our duty to “make it known” to Our Lord's ministers, that it is their duty to obey God's command to consecrate Russia to Our Lady's Immaculate Heart.
