“THE FOURTH SECRET OF FATIMA”
Mainstream author agrees: Third Secret not entirely revealed
On November 22, 2006, Antonio Socci’s Il Quarto Segreto di Fatima
(The Fourth Secret of Fatima), hit bookstores in Italy.
The author, after much investigation, comes to the conclusion
that the Vatican has not formally released the entire Third
Secret.
The importance of this book cannot be overemphasized. Mr. Socci is
a famous, mainstream Italian author and TV anchor man, not associated
with any “traditionalist” group. In fact, he began the
project firmly believing the Vatican had released the entire Secret
on June 26, 2000. Yet the more he investigated, the more he became
convinced that the entire Secret was not revealed.
As part of his research, Mr. Socci contacted
Salideo Paolini, who generously turned over his findings about the Third
Secret that came from the former secretary of Pope John XXIII, Archbishop
Loris Francesco Capovilla. The book reveals how Archbishop Capovilla effectively
admitted that there are in fact TWO texts, as Father Nicholas Gruner, Father
Paul Kramer and other Fatima scholars have insisted all along.
Mr. Socci cites Fr. Kramer’s book The Devil’s Final
Battle in expressing his view that
it was a mistake of the Curia and the Catholic media
to ignore the challenge of traditional Catholics
who argue that the Third Secret was not fully released. “For
instance”, he writes, “in the book edited
by Father Paul Kramer which reunited the works and
articles of various authors, there is the denouncement
of the failure by the Vatican to heed the requests
of Our Lady of Fatima, and it is affirmed that ‘the
price of indecision in the Vatican could well be
extremely high and will be paid by mankind.”
Mr. Socci recognizes that many questions have been left unanswered,
many points about the Secret that were enigmatic. Il Quarto Segreto
di Fatima is already enjoying wide circulation and generating
much discussion.
One of our contacts in Rome tells us the book received mainstream reviews
in all the major Italian newspapers and seems to be causing a good
bit of turmoil inside the Vatican. We hope to be able to make it
available to you, in English and other major languages, as soon as
possible.

DOOMSDAY CLOCK MOVES CLOSER
TO MIDNIGHT: Atomic scientists confirm
the Message of Fatima
On January 17th the University of Chicago Bulletin of Atomic Scientists
pushed the hands of their symbolic Doomsday Clock two minutes closer
to midnight -- the time when the final catastrophe of which Our Lady
of Fatima warned will befall the world.
The clock is now set at five minutes to midnight, the closest it has come
to the fatal hour since the Cuban missile crisis of 1953. It has
been as far as 17 minutes from midnight, in 1991 following the demise
of the Soviet Union which some said proved that the Consecration
of Russia had been done.
According to the atomic scientists, the major new step reflects growing
concerns about the grave threats of a “Second Nuclear Age” and
new pressure from climate change for expanded civilian nuclear power
that could increase proliferation risks.
These are the very concerns you’ve read about on The

Fatima Crusader. These visions of the
last times come directly from Our Lady of Fatima,
who appeared to the three seers almost 90 years ago
precisely to tell us Heaven’s plan for peace,
the only means by which we can save ourselves and
billions of souls from the coming cataclysm.

POLISH CLERGY’S COLLABORATION
WITH COMMUNISTS REVEALED
Sickening revelations of infiltration shock the faithful
On January 7th, 2007, Bishop Stanislaw Wielgus announced his resignation
as Archbishop of Warsaw, a position to which he had been appointed
by Pope Benedict XVI only a few weeks before. The Holy Father demanded
that Bishop Wielgus resign after investigators accused him of collaborating
with and possibly (according to the official statements) spying for
Poland's former Communist government.
The bald fact is that Bishop Wielgus was, by his own admission, making
common cause with the communists -- the enemies of democracy and
the enemies of Holy Mother Church!
Which begs the question: why did he do it? Bishop Wielgus said he was
seduced by the promise of scholarly trips outside of the Communist
bloc in the 1970s. Other possible explanations come to mind, but
let us take his “confession” at face value.
The real question, as Christopher writes in Fatima Perspectives http://www.fatimaperspectives.com/ts/perspective529.asp is
that of the Vatican cover-up. What did the Pope know and when
did he know it? How could he have approved the candidacy of someone
with a questionable past?
Even after Bishop Wielgus history was made public in December, the Vatican
press office said the pope still had “full confidence” in
him. As late as January 5th, they were still insisting the archbishop
would be invested as planned, two days later.
Was it recklessness or cynicism which induced the Pope to proceed, even
in the face of what he knew about Bishop Wielgus? Was he swayed by
personal ties (he has known Monsignor Wielgus for three decades)?
Or was there another reason for his failure to act? It fell to Vatican
spokesman Rev. Federico Lombardi to tell us that the bishop had "gravely
compromised his authority" and his resignation was an "adequate
solution."
But is it? Are we to think that Bishop Wielgus was the one and only person
to be in such an invidious position? Church historians say as much
as 10 per cent of the clergy could have cooperated with the Polish
Communist regime and its feared secret police. Secular pundits think
the percentage could be even higher.
Already a flood of resignations threatens to inundate to Polish Church.
The resignation of Msgr. Wielgus was followed by that of Rev. Janusz
Bielanski, the dean of the cathedral of Krakow cathedral. A Krakow
priest, Rev. Fr. Tadeusz Isakowicz-Zaleski, is about to publish a
book exposing the collaboration of dozens of clergy, some of them
very senior. These revelations will undoubtedly be a sickening shock
to those who like to think of the Polish church as heroic and saintly
in its opposition to Communism.
Pope Paul VI told us that the smoke of Satan
has entered the Church. Much of that smoke has a distinctly Communist
red tinge. We must pray harder than ever that those who are truly
loyal to God and His Holy Catholic Church may succeed in their efforts
to identify, expose and drive out of the Church those who are loyal
to the devil's own political system -- godless Communism!

What ... or who ... is keeping him
from going to
Fatima?

Pope Benedict XVI will not travel to Fatima in October 2007 for the
celebrations of the 90th anniversary of the apparitions of the Blessed
Virgin Mary to the three seers.
The reason given for the Holy Father’s surprising nonattendance is
that he’s too busy! He’s overbooked! Can this possibly
by the real reason? Could the Vicar of Christ, the most powerful
man in the world, when he was making up his schedule for 2007 --
or considering the schedule drawn up for him by others -- somehow
forget about Fatima, the most stunning Heavenly Revelation of the
20th century?
Vatican watchers speculate that there may be another deeper, darker reason.
Suppose instead that His Holiness has been prevented from attending
by the anti-Fatima forces -- “the smoke of Satan” -- in
the Vatican, who do not wish Benedict to say or do anything which
would call attention to the Message of Fatima, and particularly the
Third Secret which beyond doubt speaks of their apostasy and the
sorry state of the post-conciliar Church.
We can speculate that it was Cardinal Ratzinger’s agreement to swallow
the “party line” on Fatima which made him acceptable to
the Vatican establishment as the choice to succeed John Paul II.
Now, having been elected Pope with the support of the in-crowd, Benedict
is in their thrall. So, rather than attend the 90th anniversary celebrations,
where he might have to say something about the Third Secret, the
Holy Father will send a minion. How cowardly. How sad.
